Used in determining row color for table header.

Typically, one doesn't use this variable directly. It contains the current state of the "even" odd "row" value and flips its value each time the @thEvenOddToggle() macro is invoked.

Example of using the macro:

@thEvenOddToggle()
<th class="@thEvenOddState()">123.32</th>

Assuming the com.ccg.macros.at.All class is within your CLASSPATH and the config/html.at macros file has been generated (Hint: run make atmacros in the wui directory), a developer should be able to run the above example by copy/pasting from below:
