Don't expect to plug a wireless card into your system, boot off of the Network Security Toolkit CD, and have your system come up connected to the network. Hopefully you will need to configure your wireless card before you can use it (otherwise, it would mean you are connecting to a insecure network).
If you plan on using a wireless card as your means to connect your Network Security Toolkit probe to the network, you will grow tired of having to manually configure your WEP key each time you boot the CD. To avoid this, learn to use the lnstcustom command in combinatation with a storage device (disk, thumbdrive, web server, etc) to automate the configuration of your system. Refer to the Using the Network Security Toolkit document for details.
