You should allocate at least 1.5 GB of disk space for your NST hard disk installation. If you can spare it, 2 GB of space should provide you enough space for all future versions of the NST which we can fit onto a compressed CDROM.
This assumes that you will mount a different disk
partition to the directory "/var/nst"
where the NST system will record its data. If you plan to
log data to the same partition as the NST system is
installed on, you should allocate accordingly (at least
another GB of space - but it depends on how
you intend to use the system).
