Embed an NST Shell Console IPv4 Address Tools Widget.
The following parameters are recognized:
The IPv4 Address to initially populate the IPv4 Address Tools Widget with.
Allows one pass optional attributes to the <ipToolsWidget> entity.
This macro is used to Embed an NST Shell Console IPv4 Address Tools Widget into an NST WUI page.
Example of using the macro:

Assuming the com.ccg.macros.at.All
class is within your CLASSPATH and the
config/html.at macros file has been
generated (Hint: run make atmacros in the
