Create a news entry for the project at SourceForge. Look at an old news entry to get an idea of what the content should look like.
Send out a: "Email Release Notice"
at the SourceForge site.
Update the NST page at the VMware site. These are minor edits as the reader is redirected to the main NST web site.
Be careful not to duplicate notifications. It is not uncommon for Ron to start on this step as soon as that first ISO image has been uploaded to SourceForge.
